Welcome To My Summer Shred Challenge

My challenge will help you find your inner confidence, build a strong, lean and fitter body and I'm here to help you love the skin you're in this Summer!

All my challenges have been a huge success with some amazing transformations and life-changing habits formed for those that have taken part.

Don't worry if you are a beginner - this challenge is for everyone from die-hard fitness fanatics who want to improve their performance and shred fat, to complete beginners looking for something to kick start their weight loss journey.

Focusing on this challenge will give you vital time for yourself, with huge benefits for your mental health as well as physically.

When does Anna's Summer Shred Challenge start and for how long?

My challenge begins on Monday 12th July and will run for 28 days.

I'm new to exercise, will this challenge be ok for me?

Yes, absolutely! I design all my workouts so that everyone at any fitness level can do them. Remember - this is a challenge so the more you put in the more you will get out! I will be there to motivate you, and my wonderful Facebook group members will also help and support you too.

How will the workouts be structured?

There will be workouts every day live in my VIP Facebook group. They will also be live on my website.

The main challenge workout will be 40 minutes long every weekday. This will incorporate a mix of cardio, strength & conditioning and stretching & flexibility work . All levels of fitness will be catered for and we will have some fun along the way.

There will also be a 15 minute Abs Focused Challenge which is completely optional. And I run a Step and Study session every weekday (a little like a daily podcast - only while stepping) for motivation, education, accountability and a great way to get your steps in. This is also where I answer questions from challenge members and these sessions are usually between 10 -20 minutes.

At the weekend, live bonus workouts will be available in my Facebook group and on my website.

To get the best out of the challenge you should aim to complete all 5 of the 40-minute daily workouts each week and as many of the abs focused workouts as you can realistically manage.

What if I miss or I can't make one of the live workouts?

Don't worry! As a member of this challenge, you will be given access to all areas of my website for the duration of the challenge, which includes:

  • Access to my Catch-up Calendar so that you can do every challenge workout whenever you want, as many times as you like.
  • Access to my library of thousands of workouts covering all types of exercises and fitness levels.
  • Access to my nutrition area which includes recipes and meal plans to help you successfully manage your calorie intake for the duration of the challenge.

How much does Anna's Summer Shred Challenge cost?

The usual price for this challenge is £19.99 (a month's membership) and my challenges are usually for members only. However, you can sign up for just £9.99 (a one-off payment) for the duration of the challenge. What's not to love about that?

How often do you do your challenges?

To achieve the fitness and weight loss results that you crave you need to eat in a calorie deficit, but it is equally important to ensure that you take breaks along the way - not just physically but mentally as well. This will ensure that you re-feed your body and recover physically to get long term results. I usually do my 28-day challenges with anywhere between 2-4 week de-load breaks.

Where do I go to take part in Anna's Summer Shred Challenge?

You can take part in this challenge from the comfort of your home, or wherever you want! All my workout classes will be live in my VIP Facebook group so, as long as you have a device connected to the internet, you will be able to access them. You can also watch them live on my website.

Once you have registered and your payment is taken, you will be given access to my VIP Facebook group for the duration of the challenge.

You will be given clear instructions about accessing all the classes, nutritional information and Q&A sessions when you sign up.

Will I need any special equipment?

No. I deliberately design my workouts so that bodyweight alone will ensure an effective and challenging programme. I will use dumbbells and other equipment but tins of beans are a good substitute. Don't worry, just bring yourself!

Will I lose weight?

If weight loss is your primary goal for the challenge then, yes, I can help you achieve this by combining exercise with calorie counting and tracking. I encourage everyone who takes part in my challenges to set themselves goals at the start and share these with me. In previous challenges, I have seen members lose significant amounts of weight - you just have to ensure you maintain a calorie deficit and the only way to do that is by tracking.

Do I have to use Facebook?

All live workout classes for this challenge will be broadcast on Facebook but also on my website so you do not need Facebook for these. However, my live Q&A sessions will only be on Facebook so joining my VIP Facebook group is highly recommended. You will also get lots of support from my Premium members through this group which you will find very valuable. All workouts are available to catch up on my website.
